Finally hit up the lake this weekend on the wave runners and had some fun.

We really don’t do too much except for gassing up, eating, 180 spins and going to the end of the lake and back. Really, its a good stress reliever and a way to kill a few ours.

If you have ever been on a wave runner or jet ski before, you probably know that wakes are what you look out for. Not to steer away from them, but into them. On the way back, I was just cruising along and noticed a pretty decent size wake…probably about 3 feet high. Knowing that this was probably the biggest wake that I have ever seen in my life, I squeezed the throttle and headed right towards its.

Within 5 seconds, it was me vs. the wake. Instead of jumping over it and pulling a gracious no footer or something, I went right through it. The water hit me like a wall and almost knocked me off. Besides getting an ear, mouth and nose full of polluted lake water, the front bumper and head pad came flying off.

I wasn’t hurt…just in shock. Here I was thinking that I was going to fly over the wake in slow motion for a photo finish and instead, I got owned…just floating, drenched and staring at the wave runner parts sitting on my lap.

Can’t wait to get back out there again!

Here is my bitch about Battlefield 2 Clans.

I have been playing BF2 on and off for almost 2 years now and I still find it frustrating with some of the people that I play with. I have played all of the Battlefield series, but more of BF2 simply because I am behind on patch updates for BF2142…yeah I know…lazy.

For the past few weeks I have been noticing something about Battlefield 2 clans. I am not pointing the finger at all BF2 clans, but recently its been like 10 out of 10 servers that I go on. As always, I jump on random servers with low ping and almost full. Some of them may be clan servers and some may not be. Either way, there always seems to be an active clan on the server. I am not trying to brag, but I consider myself a decent player 99.9% of the time and I enjoy playing in a squad…doing that team-work thing. I thought this is what clans thrived on.

Here comes the point that I am trying to get to…

Dear Battlefield Clan Members:

1. Don't Hate – Please enjoy playing with others and not just that of your clan members. Treat others as equal and let them know if they are bothering you other than the constant, physical abuse.

2. Don't Advertise – Server intros say: We play as a team, Now recruiting, 18+ Only, Team Play Only. Stick to this if you are going to brag about it.

3. Seriously, Don't Hate – If others don't have the clan tag in front of their name, there is no need to refuse to take off in a vehicle if an "outsider" is in with you.

4. Recognize – If a non-clan member is playing good and you happen to like it, let them know. You just might get a recruit once in awhile.

5. Again, Don't Hate – If you are totally disgusted with "outsiders", password your server and don't allow non-members to come in.

6. Set Examples – People don't want to join your clan if you insist on being a$$holes.

That should do it. Again, I am not saying that all BF2 Clans are like this…but it seems like recently it has been like this. I know that its not just me because I see it happen to other players.

Just came across a cool site that is based on the same city that I live in.

Monticello Market is a website designed to work as an online classifieds system that allows you to do everything from the internet. In my opinion, this looks way better than the lame newspaper site ( link not worthy ) that everyone goes to now.

What makes it even more attractive is the prices that they offer…have a look down at the bottom for a full listing. 3 bucks for up to 10 days? That’s pretty darn cheap compared to other prices around here.

I signed up for the GTA IV newsletter the other day and got my first email come in this morning. It looks like there is going to be a Trailer 2 released on June 28th dubbed "Looking For That Special Someone".

It also looks like the Grand Theft Auto IV site has been slightly updated with a faster loading trailer and some nice screenshots…all based in flash.

I also noticed that you can preorder a copy when it is released on the 16th of October. Here is the Special Edition…
