 A new petition has been floating around that hopefully Dice and EA will be checking out and considering making Battlefield Bad Company PC edition. " We, the undersigned, are petitioning EA/DICE to reconsider its decision to not release Battlefield Bad Company on the PC platform. Us PC Gamers have spent a lot of money, dedicated a lot of time, and been loyal customers of the great Battlefield Franchise and feel left out when a great new game and technology are bypassing our gaming platform of choice. | Battlefield Bad Company is too cool to not be included on the PC. We gamers have quad core processors and lots of memory and video card that can render your frostbite quite well. Or create a New battlefield 2 next gen based on the new technology. A mix between BF2 and Bad Company combined. Now that would make you guys some serious Euros. |

been playing battlefield 2 for hundreds of hours and had heard a rumor about bad company tried out the demo on 360....and man if this game does not come on pc i will start a mayor boicott of EA GAMES WITH MANY FOLLOWERS,,so please people of Ea and DICE make this real...............this kind of games are made for a mouse and keyboard not a controller the experiens of flying a chopper on 360 was truly LAME BEST REGARDS FROM DIEHARD BF2 FAN Wanting something new |

(quad-core, 8gb ram, 1gb gddr3, 1tb hd, with a 47" hdtv) ps3 and xbox360 don't come close to what my pc can do... ea will lose alot of money if they wont put this game on pc... and by the way i've played the demo on a friends xbox360, the game play is weak. call of duty 4 and crysis are 10 times better. |

Well after the whole DLC and ad fiasco with the console versions it's probably better that EA don't release BC on the PC yet. If even half the consolers EA pissed off with their shenanigans don't buy the game it'll send a pretty strong message (you know, the best kind: involving $$$, or lack thereof). Then EA can do the code tweaks or whatever it takes to keep both the ad crap out of the game and not require their PAYING CUSTOMERS to jump through stupid marketing gimmick hoops (read: spam mail list signups). I started with BF1942 and bought every expansion pack and major release through BF2 (Road to Rome, SW of WWII, BF:Vietnam, BF2, Special Forces, Euro Force, and Armored Fury). When the in-game ads showed up in 2142, I figuratively told EA to KMA and haven't (and won't) spend penny one until they pull the gold-plated cob outta their butts and realize what REALLY makes them money: happy PC'ers who can escape into at least ONE freaking place where there AREN'T (targeted especially according to you, for your health and happiness!) ads. I LOVED playing BF2 et al, and a PC BF:BC looks like it would be super fun to play, but sometimes principles, even over something as objectively silly as "in-game advertisement is annoying," are worth sticking to. The market system presence of competition is quite helpful, too: Thank heavens for the STALKER, Crysis, and COD's of the world. They'll be the methadone I'll use to wean myself of the BF crack I've been purchasing from the careless, heartless, stupid, greedy pusher, EA, for so long. P.S. DICE rocks and my beef is with the exec. suits who always screw up the purity of fun by trying to eke out that last dollar, to the point of fecundity. |

They'd have to cut out alot of things from the game, and make the maps smaller. The game is too big of one to be put on PC. They'd have to take alot out of it in order for it to work properly. But thats just my opinion. |

My buddy just bought BFBC for X-box and were playing it right now, I gotta say the AI isn't anything special, the game play is boring ("Proceed here and blow this up", over and over and over...) Things they got right with this game >> Sound is amazing most realistic if heard in any FPS and good graphics which every new gen game has anyway Other Probs.. i've seen well over 30 individual glitches playing it for 3 hours. Mostly involving AI and not being able to shoot inbetween ladder rungs? whats that all about? Also I hate Consoles controllers, they are a sad joke compared to mouse and keyboard, Frustrating as hell to play with Destructible environments while cool, aren't living up to what i was expecting they talked a lot of big sheit and in my opinion didn't really deliver Anyways bring it out for PC with mod tools and let us gamers fix up your money maker into an amazing game, Second thought pay the project reality team to redo BFBC and make it AMAZING like they did with BF2, They work for free and look what they have done I could go on all day about whats wrong with games these days but i'll spare yous :D |

I tried the demo on the ps3 and shooter games analog makes me go crazy. The amount of control and intituiveness a mouse offers makes FPS games on the PC so much better. (I mean the 2000DPI ones LOLOL) We only have valve left on our side, now that even the UT series abandoned us PC gamers, all we got was a port and it was shiz. There are mainly 2 reasons: 1. im a PC gamer and a console gamer and i do agree that these companies are snubbing the pc gamers. the simple fact is that the console market is much bigger and will continue to be. the average joe cant afford a quad core processor, 4 gigs of ram and the latest video card, the reality is that not many people have a true gaming pc. every 6 months to a year another amazing pc game will come out that will stress your system and around that same time frame another 500 dollar video card will come out. people can afford to keep shelling out doe on upgrades to play the latest games when they can spend 400$ on a console that will last them 4-5 years. tell me the name of the video card that is 5 years old that can play cryis maxed out.... PS i do agree that fps games need a mouse and keyboard for the best gameplay |

As I read on ea/battlefield2s homepage, they write that battlefield is one of the most pc online game played for now 3 years, so why they decide not to make bf bc to pc is a big non answered question. As some one here said, the consoles, like ps, xbox and so on is made for kids, not for playing a game like bf.
