Being a graphic designer and a webdeveloper, I've always got a project going. Work, work, work! Thats all I have been doing for the past week and its starting to catch up with me...uggggg...
By the end of this month, there are a few deadlines that have to be met and so far I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. It would be nice to enjoy the Summer for once! I am thinking about requesting an extra day off around the 4th so that I can have a nice 4 day weekend...but I haven't checked into that yet.
The worst part of being busy is not being able to spend time with my family. My poor daughter must think that ol' Dad has a keyboard and mouse growing out of his hands. Its horrible only seeing everyone for about a half hour a day.
The good thing about being busy is that time goes by so fast! I cannot believe that tomorrow is already Friday and I haven't even slept yet. :) Another good thing is that my work comes in waves...so its not like a slap in the face when it hits. In a few weeks, I will be looking for things to do so its not all that bad if I keep that little idea stuck in my head while working.
