Loosing Weight in 2008

This morning I got on the scale and my wife read to me that I was at 200 lbs! About a month ago I was around 212 or maybe even a little fatter but I seem to have shed a little…what a good feeling!

What’s my secret to my godly like, incredibly fit and chiseled body? I know that it has a lot to do with my recently changed eating habits.

I just don’t eat the crap that I used to and its starting to pay off. I sit on my ass all day at work making websites so I know for sure that exercise has nothing to do with my weight loss. My wife quit buying the snack cakes and other fattening foods so either I eat something healthy or not eat at all.

If I don’t have that crap food in front of my face, I won’t eat it. We have also cut way back on eating fast food. It used to be at least once or twice a week we would get something from FatDonalds or another local grease bin. Since that has stopped, its kind of nice not to have the upset stomach and sickly feeling after eating that stuff.

With the warmer weather coming up, I know for sure that I will be outside doing yard work and becoming more active. If I continue with my good eating habits and then throw in some exercise, it may be a good thing.
